IET Venues at Confex 2012

With the show moving to ExCel London for the first time this year, it's set to be bigger, better and bolder. And in true IET Venues style, we thought we'd join in with a new look and exciting incentives.

We've got a brand new stand for you to come and explore each venue individually and meet the teams - with one area dedicated to a yummy addition...the IET Venues Pick 'n' Mix. Hugely popular at the 2010 Square Meal exhibition we'd advise you to grab yours quickly as we're expecting a rush!

For those of you who have made appointments to come and meet us through the Confex loyalty scheme, we'll be hosting a champagne reception for gold and silver buyers on our stand everyday at 3pm. It's not too late to get involved - just book an appointment in the online diary for IET Venues through the Confex website.

1. These offers are only available to participants of the Confex 2012 Loyalty Scheme who leave their details with a member of the IET Venues team at the International Confex exhibition 6-8 March 2012. Visitor data will be monitored to verify your details when redeeming one of the above offers 
2. All offers in their entirety are subject to availability
3. The offer is non transferable and there is no cash alternative
4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other IET Venues offers

10. IET Services reserves the right to substitute the offer for one of equal or greater value
11. The free syndicate room provided is the decision of the promoter and is dependant on availability within the venue
12. IET Services reserves the right to change the allocation of the free syndicate room at short notice if necessary
13. The Champagne lunch must be scheduled to take place within 2012 (date mutually agreed between prize winner and IET Venues) and can only be redeemed once the prize winner has held their confirmed event at IET London: Savoy Place
14. Lunches, buffets and additional course prizes are at the discretion of IET Services and IET Venues management. Where possible, catering preferences of the prize winner will be applied
15. Prize winners should contact the relevant venue to redeem any of the above prizes. Where catering applies, dietary requirements should be specified
16. £100 of additional AV equipment: Subject to availability. Preferences will be met where possible, however the ultimate decision of equipment allocation will be that of IET Services and IET Venues
