Make your mark in IET London: Savoy Place the IET’s iconic global engineering hub.
Funds raised from the Take Your Place campaign enable the IET to continue our work to inspire the next generation of engineers and technicians, as well as raising the profile of engineering. The IET focuses on developing new engineering talent to fill the shortfall of engineers, and with your help, we can do so much more
There's a place waiting for you at the newly refurbished IET London: Savoy Place - and it's got your name on it.
For a donation of £1,500 your generosity will be acknowledged with your name or the name of someone special engraved on a plaque on the back of an auditorium seat in one of our iconic lecture theatres as well as a Foundation Block on the Foundation wall.
For a donation of £750 your name will feature on an eye-catching Foundation Block on the Foundation wall in Savoy Place entrance hall.
For the engraving you can choose up to 30 characters (including spaces), for example William Webb FIET, for both the plaque and the Foundation Block.

Naming a seat is a perfect gift to mark the contribution, retirement or long-service of a colleague or employee. It can also give long-standing acknowledgement and recognition of the work of inventors, mentors and teachers – the inspirational engineers who change the world.
