As part of the Institution of Engineering and Technology we are dedicated and passionate about the technical capabilities within our venues. Our onsite AV team and their technicians are on hand all day, ensuring that you receive the highest level of service for your events in every area it’s needed.

Awe-inspiring history with a modern twist in every room

Our venue’s technical capabilities are second-to-none, despite the fact that we currently celebrate 100 years at IET London: Savoy Place and that the site’s history dates back to 1246. Through careful and loving transformations, we have adapted the building into a contemporary conference and wedding venue with built-in AV in almost every room and infusions of the original historical character throughout.

Part of the family

Our AV team are part of our IET Venues family, based in-house at every location. From the initial specifications of your event requirements, the technicians will be on hand to discuss every requirement and look into bespoke AV needs if required. Every space at IET London: Savoy Place is fully adaptable and versatile to any set-up, including a magnitude of AV and technical requirements including – but not limited to - video conferencing, staging, filming, MP3 recording and web streaming.

No hidden costs

We work on an honest and transparent agreement where all costs are presented up front to ensure there are no unwanted surprises after a successful event. All of our room hire packages are inclusive of built-in AV to the room’s design with additional options for bespoke technical elements.
