1. This package is exclusive of any room hire, DDR or bespoke elements not listed in the above. These will be charged at the normal rate
2. The social media package is available at IET London: Savoy Place at £16 per delegate with a minimum of 200 delegates attending the event. Minimum numbers and prices vary across the IET Venues group - please see the other venue sites for local details
3. All packages in their entirety are subject to availability
4. The packages are non transferable and there is no cash alternative
5. These packages cannot be used in conjunction with any IET Venues special offers or discounts, unless agreed otherwise
6. Media packages are available on a first come, first served basis
7. In the event of a cancellation, standard cancellation procedures apply
8. In all matters the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence shall be entered into
9. The promoter of these packages is IET Services.
