For 2012, not only are we offering you a free wedding cake**, but we've designed two new, all-inclusive packages - so, whether you need just a reception venue with exclusive use* or you want your ceremony and reception in the same London venue, we've got packages with everything you need:

Silver Package

• Exclusive use of venue (weekends only)*
• A glass of prosecco for drinks reception per person
• Three course seated wedding breakfast in Riverside Room per person
• ½ bottle of house wine per person
• One glass of prosecco for toast per person

NB. The Silver Package is a reception package and does not include space for licensed wedding ceremonies. Please call to discuss your ceremony options with the Silver Package.

Diamond Package

• Exclusive use of venue (weekends only)*
• Includes one of our superb licensed ceremony spaces
• Two glasses of Champagne for drinks reception per person
• Four canapés for drinks reception per person
• Three course wedding breakfast in Riverside Room per person
• ½ bottle of premium wine per person
• Glass of champagne for toast per person
• Chair covers for your ceremony and meal

All prices in both packages exclude VAT. Bank holidays will be charged at high season March – June prices. 2013 weddings should add £5 to all prices.

**This year, to mark the royal jubilee, we’re offering a FREE WEDDING CAKE for weddings booked and taking place at Savoy Place in 2012 with the Diamond Package. Minimum numbers and terms apply - see below.

* terms and conditions apply:
1. All couples enquiring about a 2012 wedding at Savoy Place will be automatically entitled to the above offers. If more than one offer applies, the couple can stipulate which offer they would like to redeem
2. If you (the couple) do not wish to receive any of the above offers, please tell your coordinator at the time of booking
3. All offers in their entirety are subject to availability 
4. The offers are non transferrable and there is no cash alternative
5. Only one offer can be redeemed per couple 
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other wedding or conference offer
7. Offers available on a first come, first served basis 
8. IET Venues only accommodate one wedding per day, unless agreed otherwise between all parties
9. IET Venues cannot guarantee exclusive use of the building for mid-week weddings if other events are already booked - please contact our teams to enquire and discuss all options
10. All offers and prices are available for the whole of 2012 only and do not apply to any ceremonies or receptions already booked at the venue
11. In the event of a cancellation, the offer cannot be refunded or transferred
12. In all matters the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

14. Wedding cake terms and conditions: Offer applies to a three tiered, white iced cake, dressed with flowers to match your colour scheme - or the equivalent in value off the price of your cake if purchased through our recommended supplier. Please contact us for more details
15. IET Venues accepts no responsibility for the supply of the wedding cake and cannot be held responsible for any damages, transport or design fault to the cake
