Hybrid Events

As part of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, our audio-visual services are first-class, so you can rest assured that we’re well practised at hosting hybrid events. We have a dedicated in-house AV team as well as access to the IET’s streaming and broadcasting specialists, IET.TV, who are well versed with hosting hybrid and virtual events from the venue.

Physical distancing

To make physical distancing easier we’ve implemented a one-way system throughout the building. We’ve also assessed all of our event spaces to make them as safe as possible and have updated our capacities in line with Government social distancing guidelines.

Catering is an important part of any event, that’s why we’ve prepared delicious pre-loaded lunch options, including bento boxes, that delegates can collect and enjoy in their own space. We also want you to rest assured knowing that our catering staff will be wearing PPE when setting up catering.

We’ve implemented many changes around the building to ensure all guests, members and staff will be safe and we will constantly be reviewing these changes in line with government advice.
