Plastics
Plastic is a material consisting of any of a wide range of synthetic or semi-synthetic organics that are malleable and can be moulded into solid objects of diverse shapes.
Plastics are typically organic polymers of high molecular mass, but they often contain other substances. They are usually synthetic, most commonly derived from petrochemicals, but many are partially natural.
Due to their relatively low cost, ease of manufacture, and imperviousness to water, plastics are used in a very large and expanding range of products.
Single Lego brick
This is a single Lego brick. Lego is a line of plastic construction toys that are manufactured by The Lego Group, a privately held group based in Billund, Denmark, which began manufacturing interlocking toy bricks in 1949.
The Companys flagship product, Lego, consists of colourful interlocking plastic bricks and an accompanying array of gears, small figures andvarious other parts.
Lego bricks can be assembled and connected in many ways to construct objects such as vehicles, buildings, and working robots. Anything constructed can then be taken apart again, and the pieces used to make other objects.
