The opening times for the meeting rooms are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Please tell us if you are running late, otherwise we will release the room 30 minutes after the start of your booking period.
It is a condition of your booking that you should not exceed the stated capacity of the room booked. Failure to observe these limits may lead to the cancellation of your booking at short notice.
