IET London: Savoy Place unveils its Spring/Summer 2026 menu

A celebration of seasonal British produce and sustainable dining. 

As the days get brighter and the Thames begins to sparkle again, Savoy Place is welcoming the new season with the launch of its Spring/Summer 2026 hospitality menu; a vibrant collection of dishes that champion British seasonality, sustainable, local sourcing and the creative flair of our inhouse chefs.

Designed to elevate events of every size, from board meetings and conferences to receptions, private dining and rooftop celebrations, this year’s menu sets a new standard for London event catering.

Curated by Searcys’ expert culinary team, the new Spring/Summer menu shines a spotlight on fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients from across the British Isles.

With a commitment to sustainability woven through every dish, the menu reflects our venue-wide dedication to supporting regenerative farming, low impact produce and ethical food choices.

This season introduces an increased focus on local suppliers, including Wild Farmed regenerative flour, London Smoke and Cure artisanal products and sustainably sourced ingredients that champion British growers and producers.

The best of London's bright, energising breakfast catering options

  • Perfect for early morning meetings, delegates can enjoy healthy choices such as: 
  • Overnight apple oats with blueberry compote made using sustainably sourced British blueberries 
  • Greek yoghurt pots with banana chip granola 
  • Alongside modern continental favourites and full English options, all paired with ethically sourced Jing teas and Notes Coffee. 

Seasonal lunch menu for productive Spring–Summer events

For daytime events, the menu features: 

  • Artisan sandwiches on freshly baked breads made with Wild Farmed regenerative flour, including London Smoke and Cure smoked salmon options 
  • Chef’s sustainable Half & Half working lunch 
  • Colourful fork buffets including Thai red curry chicken, herb baked cod, chargrilled aubergine moussaka and vibrant salads 
  • Searcys’ signature Ploughman’s, available hot or cold, featuring cured meats, terrines, smoked salmon, cheeses and fresh seasonal salads 

These dishes are crafted to be flavourful, balanced and ideal for maintaining delegate energy throughout busy programmes.

Reception canapés and bowl food tailored for guest mingling

For networking events, receptions or rooftop gatherings, the menu introduces a creative selection of canapés and bowl food, including: 

  • Truffle glazed triple cooked chips 
  • Tempura black tiger prawns with chilli mayonnaise 
  • Vegan feta with grilled carrot and rosemary 
  • Piri Piri prawns with spring onion rice 
  • Mango and coconut pavé with vegan meringue 

Options span vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free diets to ensure every guest feels included. 

Fine dining with a seasonal twist 

For evening dinners and VIP events, the fine dining menu showcases elevated British inspired dishes such as: 

  • Pressed smoked chicken with avocado and pink radish 
  • Corn fed chicken with sweet potato fondant and asparagus 
  • Roasted seabass with crayfish arancini 
  • Vegan cauliflower cheese steak with caramelised onion 
  • Lemon and blueberry millefeuille 
  • Dark chocolate mousse with sour cherry compote

The drinks list includes a curated collection of English wines, low or no alcohol options and premium spirits, perfect for summer receptions overlooking the river. Highlights include: 

  • Searcys own English Sparkling Wine from a vineyard in Guildford 
  • Chapel Down and Balfour wines from Kent 
  • Small Beer low ABV brews 
  • A new seasonal cocktail line including the Savoy Place Ginger Snap, French 95 and the non alcoholic English Garden mocktail
