Say hello to IET Venues’ new Business Development Manager…
IET Venues is thrilled to give a shout out to our wonderful events guru, Jess Mooney, who after two fantastic years as Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator has been promoted to Business Development Manager.
In her new role, Jess will utilise her flair for organisation, prowess for relationship building, and extensive experience in the industry to generate business leads, create development plans for clients, arrange showcase events, and represent IET Venues on the national stage (and she’s already gotten off to a flying start!)
Jess joined us in May 2022 as Senior Meetings & Events Coordinator. This role saw her organise large-scale events with a capacity for 200+, from conferences and receptions to dinners and exhibitions. She is also the main point of contact for clients from the enquiry stage.
Excelling in this role, Jess co-coordinated the highest spend event in Savoy Place’s history in January 2024. Before joining IET Venues, she honed her skills at Fuller, Smith & Turner as Event Manager for eight years.
